Privacy and personal data policy

This Policy applies to stay2trip.com and explains how Individual Entrepreneur Ekaterina A. Karakulova (the “Operator”) processes personal data.

Data we process

• information you enter in a request: name or form of address, phone, email, destination, dates, party size, preferences and message text;
• technical data needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, device and browser information, request time and requested page;
• your cookie preference stored in the browser;
• when you voluntarily enable partner search, data processed by the relevant provider under its own policy.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use data to answer requests, select travel or accommodation, prepare proposals, communicate, perform an agreement, meet legal accounting duties, secure the website and handle claims. The grounds are consent, steps requested before entering an agreement, performance of an agreement and legal obligations.

How processing works

Website forms open your email application and do not store the entered text in the website database. Once sent, the message reaches the Operator by email. Processing may include collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, necessary disclosure to authorised service providers, restriction and deletion.

Recipients and services

Access is limited to the Operator and providers needed for the task: email and hosting providers, technical contractors, ticket and accommodation suppliers, payment and other service providers where required for a response or booking. When you visit or enable a partner service, that provider acts under its own terms and policy.

Retention and security

Requests and correspondence are retained until the purpose is met, consent is withdrawn, or generally no longer than three years after the last interaction, unless law, contract, accounting or claims handling requires longer. Organisational and technical safeguards are used to restrict access and protect data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent and complain to a competent authority. Contact trips@stay2apart.ru and include enough information to identify your request.

International transfers

Initial collection of Russian citizens’ data is arranged in accordance with Russian law. Some external partner services may process data in other countries after you voluntarily enable a module or follow a link; applicable legal grounds and restrictions are used before such transfer.

Consent to personal data processing

By ticking the box and sending a form, you freely consent to the Operator processing the data you entered to respond, communicate, make a selection and prepare a proposal. Permitted actions include collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, necessary disclosure to service providers, restriction and deletion, with or without automated means.

Consent lasts until its purpose is met or it is withdrawn, unless continued processing is required by law or contract. Withdraw by writing to trips@stay2apart.ru. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

Cookie and local storage policy

The website uses the necessary browser storage item stay2trip_cookie_choice_v1 to remember your choice. It contains only the choice and save time and is ignored after 180 days.

Yandex Metrica and partner ticket and transport modules do not load until you choose “Allow”. Once allowed, Metrica counter 112923439 may process visited pages, referral source, device and browser data, approximate region, and page interactions, including session replay through Webvisor, to measure traffic and improve the website. Partner modules may use cookies, identifiers and technical data to show live offers, measure referrals and attribute affiliate commission. Their providers set the exact items and duration.

You may choose “Necessary only” and continue using the information pages and manual request forms. Reopen the banner with “Cookie settings” in the footer or remove storage through your browser.

Website terms

By using the website you accept these Terms. Stay2Trip provides an information interface, offer search and manual selection. Unless a separate agreement expressly says otherwise, the website is not a tour operator, carrier, accommodation provider or payment agent.

• prices, availability, schedules and terms come from suppliers and may change before confirmation;
• booking, payment, document issue, exchange, cancellation and refund are normally handled by the selected supplier under its terms;
• website materials are not a public offer; obligations arise only after the relevant party clearly confirms the terms;
• you must check dates, names, documents, visa, immigration and health requirements before payment and travel;
• you may not interfere with the website, scrape it without permission, break the law or infringe third-party rights.

The Operator seeks to keep information current but cannot guarantee that external supplier systems are error-free or continuously available. Russian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer and private-international-law rules.

Affiliate links and offers

Some links and modules are affiliate links. Stay2Trip may receive commission when you follow them or purchase a service. You must still verify the final price and terms before payment. The supplier named in the offer provides and documents the service.
